Obituary of Sandra Kelly

Obituary Sandra (Sandy) Lee Kelly who most recently lived in Longmont, CO passed away September 4, 2021. Sandy was born in Greeley, CO on September 28, 1951 to Marian Wagner (Bath) and Elvy Wagner. She lived her early life in northern Colorado, graduating from Loveland High School and Rangely Junior College before living in both northern and central California for many years. Sandy is survived by her daughter Casey Robinson (Kelly) and her husband Mike and grandson Jack; her sister Kathleen Proctor (husband Larry), her brother Monty Wager (wife Amy), nieces and nephews Adam Proctor, Mary Beauchamp, Danny Wagner, and Diana Wagner. She was preceded in death by both of her parents. Sandy loved to read, listen to music, and watch The Voice.
