Obituary of Joshua Dean Owings

Obituary Joshua Dean Owings was born on October 12th, 1985, in Heidelberg, Germany, to Steve and Yvonne Owings. Joshua went home to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on June 24th, 2022. Joshua grew up in Colorado and graduated with his high school equivalency diploma. At that time, he began working in the electrical trade and obtained his journeyman license. Joshua became a father in 2014 to his beloved daughter Emily. He adored her from the first moment she came into his life, and being a father was Joshua�s greatest joy. Joshua had many hobbies and had a passion for cars and motorcycles, camping, four-wheeling and fishing, weaponry, street art, and body art; he was a musician from a young age and played the drums at many Christian music events, and enjoyed creating techno beats. He was a dog lover and had completed his dog trainer certification to train service dogs. All who loved him dearly will never forget his love for his family, his incredible sense of humor and wit, his ability to connect with those around him with empathy and humility, his sense of style, and his need for speed on motorcycles and in fast cars. Those left to cherish his memory include his mother Yvonne, his father Steve and stepmother Christie; his beloved daughter Emily; his sisters Breanna, Courtney, and Kassidy; and all other extended family members and those in his life whose hearts he touched.
